I am a Biomedical Informatics Officer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology in Business Systems. My primary role is to handle tickets and provide support for our REDCap end-users. Additionally, I am responsible for creating dashboards using BI tools, generating reports, and managing various technical IT-related tasks within the team.
